Gorillaz Newark Concert reviews
The great view was intimate due to sitting in a theater, even though I was in mezzanine. A great choice, The Secret Sisters, the opening act, was really enjoyable. Great harmony and an interesting twist on modern country blues with a great tone. I have been listening to him for quite some time; however, this was my first Gorillaz show. Better live than on the recordings is his voice. Almost continuously played, it was a pleasure to hear some old classics and some great new tracks. It was a great show overall, and I would certainly go back and see him again.
